A little kitten was brought into a veterinary clinic and she immediately stole everyone's heart.

Earlier this month, an adorable kitty was brought to a local rescue in Rowan County, North Carolina after she was rescued as a stray. Upon rescue, she was found with a neck wound and an upper respiratory infection.
The friendly stray has a pair of Yoda-like ears and she was immediately taken to Cabarrus Animal Hospital for treatment. Right away, the entire staff fell in love with her.
"She is being treated by Dr. Alisha Kidwell, DVM. She is a sweet girl that is very affectionate," Jana Aviles, a veterinary assistant at the hospital, told Love Meow.

The kitty weighs around 6.5 pounds. She's tiny but full of adorable little quirks.
Additionally, she is missing her incisors according to Shelby Beers, a veterinary technician, and often sticks out her tongue. As you can imagine, that only adds to her cuteness.
"They aren't sure about her (exact) age, but, she is young, maybe around a year old. She's very small for an adult cat," Shelby told Love Meow.

"She's healing quickly and resting comfortably with all the care and love from the staff here."
The sweet kitty has proven to be quite the little love-bug. She loves being cuddled and she enjoys hanging out with her human friends, too.

"We carry her around in our hoodies like a baby kangaroo, and she just snoozes and hangs out," Shelby said.
The kitty doesn't yet have an official name, but staff at the clinic have been lovingly referring to her as the "Yoda cat" because she has the cutest helicopter ears, which happen to resemble those of Baby Yoda.

"She's peaceful and shy but melts in your hands when you start petting her. She is just a tiny little cuddle-bug, a little lap cat," Shelby told Love Meow.
The precious little kitty is currently at the animal hospital where she's getting the best possible care to help her recuperate.
Shelby Beers
"There are 70 million stray cats just in the US. Four million cats are brought into animal control facilities each year," Jana wrote.
This sweet, amazing kitty just happened to be one of the lucky ones.

The little kitty no longer has to worry about food and shelter, as the tiny Yoda cat is on her way to an exciting future.
