These are the five products that every vegan bodybuilder consumes in large amounts:

 

First: Beans. In order to gain muscle, you need protein. Remember to eat a lot of beans in different combinations and dishes.

 

Second: Oatmeal with fruit and nuts. You need healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, and also cellulose, to support your body.

 

Third: Bananas. A vegan needs to get enough carbohydrates to ensure they don’t lose weight after training. Tasty and healthy bananas will help with this.

 

Fourth: Avocado. Healthy plant fats have a good impact on our metabolism and ensure that even the small amount of protein from plant-based food is assimilated in the most efficient way.

 

Fifth: Raw fruit and vegetables. Unprocessed food is a great source of the minerals that our body needs. Without them, staying healthy and gaining muscle is close to impossible.
